Thank you for sending someone out promptly the next day following an installation hiccup. Good selection of appliances and swift delivery. Installers were kind and courteous and allowed me to do some brief tidying and cleaning the floor under the old unit before the new unit went in. I highly recommend owner of older homes do some research so you know if your connections can work with new equipment. And know what your connections are… especially for non-standard/old plumbing. The installers are not going to be plumbers, but I could have wished for some words from the installers if/when something was abnormal/unexpected/non-ideal.

I had a refrigerator delivered today. John and Tony were very professional during the installation. I would highly recommend Harpers. This refrigerator has some compressor issues after two months and Harpers replaced it. I can’t say enough about their service. They had to come check a small issue today and found a bigger issue which they will be fixing for us. I really appreciate Harpers. Thank you.

I ordered a new stovetop from Harper’s and Bryan installed it and cut the granite counter to fit. He was amazing! He was efficient, courteous and kept the dust to a minimum! I’d have him install any future appliances I need!

I did a lot of research for a new washing machine. Only certain dealers carry Speed Queen and Harper’s is one. Their price was the best and they got me my machine in two days! The delivery was great and Kevin and his colleague were very careful getting the machine into a very tight space with no damage to it or the walls! I’ll use this company again for sure!

We have a 12 year old Speed Queen washing machine that started making an odd grinding noise. Harper's sent out a repairman named Brian to assess the problem, but, as often happens, the machine wouldn't cooperate in making the noise when he was here. Several days later, after assessing some audio files of the noise that we sent to him, Brian came out a second time and addressed the issue. We have not heard the noise since, so many thanks, Brian!

We had an excellent experience with Harper's Appliances. When we first went into the store, with a picture of our broken range, they immediately correctly identified it and helpfully explained what our options were for replacement. Bryan installed our new range, and I was really impressed with his knowledge and expertise as well has his desire to make the new range / install work and fit the best way possible for us. We had a dual fuel downdraft sliding into a kitchen island, so there were several variables involved. Bryan was able to expertly cut our counter to improve the fit of the new range, and he kept us informed throughout the process as to what needed to be done.

Great store! Delivered our new fridge a day EARLY! Sales team are knowledgeable and helpful - worked with us to identify a unit in stock, to minimize time without a fridge. Purchased Speed Queen washer and dryer set from Harper's Appliances on 9/12/23. Our sales person Robert respectfully and carefully listened to our need for a quick delivery and immediately made room on the delivery schedule for the next day! The English speaking delivery team Tony and John were awesome! They were professional and thoughfull, and carefully delivered and hooked up the appliances while enjoying our horror story of dealing with Bray & Scarff. We needed to replace our 58 year old wall oven. Had a problem finding one that would fit in the space. Called Harper’s. They had a model that would work. Bryan came out and measured to make sure it would fit. He installed it today. Did a fantastic job. It looks like it’s been here all along. Absolutely LOVE IT!!
